City Council Meetings are generally held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7:00PM. Please check the calendar for start times of special meetings.

City Council meetings will be held in person.

 If you wish to make a public comment on a specific agenda item, there are two ways to do so:

1. To submit a comment in writing: Please email clerk@emunityrecords.com and write "Public Comment" in the subject line. In the body of the email, include the item number and/or title of the item as well as your comments. All comments received by the deadline of 3:30PM on the day of the meeting will be provided to the City Council and posted on the website prior to the meeting. The comments submitted shall become part of the record of the meeting. 
2. Attend the meeting in person and provide verbal comment. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1110 Capitol Avenue, Second Floor.
